What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure that our customers have a convenient and seamless shopping experience. We accept payments through PayPal, Visa/Mastercard credit cards, and Visa debit cards. Please note that while most Visa debit cards are accepted, certain prepaid cards may not be compatible with our system.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order has processed (usually within 1 business day, same day shipping for items ordered before noon) it will be despatched that day
IF you order Monday-Friday.
The stated times are not a guarantee and may be affected by courier staff  levels in our or your area, strike action or other factors outside our control.
Once shipped, please expect delivery within:
    • Free Shipping(2-4 working days)
We use Royal Mail and Amazon Shipping depending on the item chosen and your delivery postcode.
 
How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team at contact@magiclintbrush.co.uk before sending the item back to us.

Our team will assist you in ensuring that your return meets our return criteria and falls within the 30-day cancellation period.

Once your return is approved, we will email you a return note that must be printed and included when returning the product to us.

Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for suitable packaging and postage for the returned item.

Can I cancel my order after making a purchase on the site? - You can.

We understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel your order. In order to ensure that we can accommodate your request, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, at contact@magiclinbrush.co.uk, as we have a limited time frame to process orders.

If we are able to cancel your order before it is processed, we will organise a refund for you. However, if your order has already been processed, you may return it to us for a refund once you receive it.

Please note that all orders are processed and dispatched by 9am Monday to Friday. Any update requests made after this time may not be able to be processed.

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We take great care in ensuring that your order is delivered to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@magiclintbrush.co.uk with photos of the affected product.
